Oxford Suites Silverdale

Not what I expected. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low. The particle board on the balcony was warped and felt unsafe to step on. Housekeeping left a bag of trash in our room after it was supposed to be cleaned. The commode was not fully cleansed that we noticed the when we arrived to our room right after checking in.

The hotel was perfectly located. They offered free drinks in the evening and free breakfast. Our room had a balcony overlooking the water which was beautiful

My room needed to be deodorized, probably because there were pets. Ty e elevator is a little slow. I had to wash my sheets because they were causing me to itch. My tv remote need replacing, I had to shake it and turn it upside down to get it to work most times. Dogs were barking a bit. The bartenders and food were both good.

Clean, big rooms, dog friendly and wonderful staff! Great food at the restaurant. Lovely walking areas for those traveling with dogs. Highly recommend

Staff were very friendly ! Breakfast each morning was great ! Food that was available for order was delicious. Housekeeping team was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend !

I like that all of the staff are very friendly from the front desk clerk to the staff serving breakfast.

What I didn’t like is that the room is kind of cramped for the king size bed. The pool is also under renovation.
