Schöne und saubere Zimmer, ausreichender Balkon, großer Pool, leckeres Essen, direkte Strandnähe, Personal sehr freundlich. Einfach eines der besten Anlagen in der Umgebung (Side). Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar.

Urlaubszeit war im April, daher sehr ruhig gewesen in der Anlage. Was natürlich Vor- und Nachteile hat. Aber an sich gibt es kaum Punkte zu bemängeln. Am Strand waren die Geschäfte noch geschlossen - das lag aber an der Vorsaison.

Снаружи отеля очень чисто. Такое ощущение как будто они даже плитку вылизывают. Ну это наверное всё, что понравилось. Неплохие номера, видно что держат на высоком уровне их. 100% ничего старого там нет.

Очень скудная еда для такого дорогого отеля. Я нарезал четыре круга по столовой с тарелкой и она оставалась пустой. Так было на завтраки, на обеде и на ужине. Официанты противные. Делают замечания, если ты один сел за столик для четверых или для шестерых, хотя народу нет. За такие деньги обслуживание нужно точно улучшить. 15 000 $ за месяц – это извините… за такие деньги они на руках должны носить клиента. Весь отель как небольшая гостиная, просто жесть. Тесно, немного давят потолки. Делай там нечего долго.

The staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough to help and the facilities were very clean

Restrictions on where you can eat during low season, only one À la carte open as other restaurants closed as outdoor weather. Not the hotels fault as it’s determined by the weather but due to other restaurants being outdoor only, we had to eat at the buffet most nights which gets very repetitive (they do have themes each night) and the à la carte is very much like ordering an individual meal from the buffet in terms of quality.

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir ca. 30 Minuten beim Check in warten. Der Grund war, dass das Hotel quasi ausgebucht war und uns kein geeignetes Zimmer in der und gebuchten Kategorie angeboten werden konnte. So mussten wir nach einer Nacht das Zimmer wechseln. Die angepriesenen Spezialitätenrestaurants waren bis auf eines alle geschlossen. Eine Animation war auch nicht wirklich sichtbar.

We have been staying at Arum Barut for our 5th time and again had a lovely holiday. The setup and location works perfectly for a family like us. The food again was very nice and the service is great. Hopefully again next year.

The hotel is simply amazing as regards the food options. They could go half way and it would still be awesome. The menu is changed daily and every day it was awesome. Also to highlight are the gym (with a personal trainer) and the bars. Amazingly, people were considerate and not over-eating/drinking and well behaving.

The beach was hardly sea-worthy, and the neighbor hotels were in shambles, which does not make it a lovely place to be. An hour drive from the airport is not a problem, but nothing in between or in the surrounding area, a little boring.
