Hotel Palma

Elegant lounge, comfortable room and very nice staff. Staff gave us travel advice and swiftly followed up to tell us we’d left belongings at the hotel. Close to restaurants and walk to Pompeii site

Wi-Fi is a little slow

Bel hôtel, très confortable de la Belle Époque, des belles chambres, belle salle de bain , situé dans le centre de Pompéi juste en face de la gare pratique pour Naples ou Sorento. Grand choix de bons restaurants, correct, et pas cher alentours. Petit déjeuner correct à l’italienne, c’est-à-dire avec beaucoup plus de gâteaux sucrés que de choix salés.

Ideally located near one of the Pompeii gates- not the one nearest to the train station which can be a little chaotic - so much better queues and calmer entrance to the historical site. Beautiful reception dressed for Easter. Friendly staff who welcomed us and took care of our luggage whilst we did Pompeii. Good sized room- clean - with balcony.

Bar area was very small and TV in room was also very small with no USB port- this appears not to be unusual for Italy though having stayed in a number of other hotels. This wasn’t really an issue for us as we went out to eat and drink and we weren’t there to watch TV.

La chambre très confortable mais bruyante car la route passe juste en dessous.

Le personnel lors du petit déjeuner était de mauvaise humeur et n était pas agréable.

Good central location for visiting the ruins . Room was clean and lots of towels .

Had to pay extra for upgrade to a room that had a balcony . First room tiny with four beds , tiny tv and a bad drains smell in bathroom .Breakfast wasn’t great but was prepared for this from previous reviews . Be aware of city tax and inflated costs of mini bar .The roof top is not in use , no hot tub till summer months .

The location was great, really central and the staff were really helpful and friendly.
