Waterman Svpetrvs Resort - All Inclusive

As returning guests, we were very disappointed with our apartment this year. While the size and layout were excellent and fully met our needs, the interior was in extremely poor condition and, in my opinion, should not be rented in this state. Having had great experiences in previous years, this was a very unpleasant surprise and a clear decline in standards.

I had very low expectations for this resort from all the negative reviews I had read beforehand. I booked a stay from the pictutes, and chose Noa Roko apartments, self catering. The apartment was clean and modern, with a confrotable bed and sofa bed. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and he bathroom was lovely. No issues with smell, shower, frigde or bugs. The staff in the reseption of Kaktus were very helpful and polite, if not very smiley, although this is common in Croatia, and I see no need for fake smiles as long as they are service minded, which I felt they very much were. I got fresh towels every morning and the cleaning staff sometimes even did the dishes. The gym could use some more weights, but I felt the equiptments were in a nice shape, and got more than a few good workouts done during my stay. I feel as though the resort has taken some of the critique to heart, and emproved alot of the complaints. The Agave pool had lots of sunbeds available, and the program was well assorted. I really loved the morning yoga, they could offer that every day as it was so nice. I cannot speak for the food and drinks, as we made our own food, and went out for dinners, but all in all I was happy with my stay.

Namestitev v hotelu Kaktus- udobno, lepo, prijetno in zelo čisto. Soba je bila lepa, čista, prostorna in velika s pogledom na morje. Hrana dobra, dosti izbire. Morje in plaža le nekaj korakov stran, hotelski bazen velik, super stvar šanka, ki je zraven bazena. Za otroke animacije ter otroški klub :) Otroški bazeni tudi super! Osebje prijazno, veliko stvari se da dogovoriti in rešiti! Kot sam resort, odlično! Vse blizu vse na enem mestu, predvsem za družine z majhnimi otroci! Teniško igrišče v resortu - uporaba vključena v ceno. Za čistočo se zelo trudijo :) Pijača in snacki, ki so vključeni v ceno allinclusive so čisto ok! Supetar kot mesto ni predrago, je majhno in urejeno :)

Sve je bilo iznad nasih ocekivanja

We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. Could do with tea and coffee facilities but we brought a travel kettle. We went to get some dinner at 8pm and there was hardly any food left, when asked if there was more the chef came out and said sorry no. The food we did manage was awful, chewy overdone meat and cold. We then went to the bar and I ordered my usual vodka and diet coke but when I went to drink it it was flat, explained this to the bar tender who looked under the machine and he said nothing wrong with it and dismissed me. I couldn't drink it so now sat up on the balcony and made my own coffee. I agree with a lot of the comments regarding the lack of all inclusive and how to get around and where to go but I'm not going to let it spoil the rest of my stay, the area is beautiful, I will however keep a close eye on the next couple of days and see if the treatment and food/drink get any better.

Mirno, uredno, čisto, blizina plaže i svih potrebnih sadržaja. Pohvala za strane radnike koji s osmjehom na licu obavljaju svoj posao,

Hrana u hotelu nam je naplaćena u duplom iznosu od one navedene na bookingu, što mi je potvrdila u gđa koja je radila na recepciji prilikom check outa tako da ću pisati prigovor i tražiti povrat sredstava. Isto tako, prilikom bookiranja i naplate, specificiran je iznos usluge, pdva i boravišne pristojbe, uz dolje navedenu napomenu da će hotel naplatiti pristojbu na check in u, što je i napravljeno. Zanima me zašto se boravišna pristojba plaća 2 puta??

Rummet var helt ok. Men det var mycket fukt ,det fanns en luftrenare och vi fick tömma flera liter vatten från den flera ggr om dagen. Maten var KATASTROF, vi fick gå ut på restaurang och äta fast vi hade all inclusive.
