Breakfast was okey.

Staff were very very rude and the pictures don’t meet the reality. It was neglected and very filthy.

I have stayed at the resort 3 times and never had any issues and love the place reason why we come back year on year. However, on this occasion I'm very disappointed. Arrived late due to flight checked in to discuss it was one double bed which was not suitable as was travelling with family. Reported to reception and the situation was addressed swiftly without concern by a lovely man. Next day had receptionist advising we need to speak to you after lunch. Returned to receptionist to find out we have to move room for a third time without any explanation and forced to sign a no further compensation form for a complaint which we didnt even raised which I felt was outrageous. In the middle of the continous room moves i lost a couple of items as felt rushed and ruined our first day back in Brac. I am well disappointed on this occasion considering the loyalty we have shown of coming back to the resort. I would have appreciated the receptionist given us a valid reason of the room change but all they did "you have to move" even after them speaking to manager! Communication and honesty is key for positive customer service

An der Rezeption eine junge unfreundliche Dame hätte mir mehr Freundlichkeit gewünscht und nicht nach dem ich ihr erst Manieren beigebracht habe.

Location 👍🏻 fin kyststi? god seng, mange bassenger og områder å velge i. Aktiviteter å delta på! Hyggelig personale Sykkelutleie rett ved hotellet 👍🏻

At man på all inclusive måtte spise alle måltider på ett og samme sted hele uka var rart og kjedelig! Lite utvalg i oster, tørr gauda. Veldig sterk matlukt i klærne etter alle måltider gjorde at vi ikke hadde med nok rene klær. Drinker bare laget på kunstig essenser var skuffende .
