The staff was ok, didn’t seem professional but kind.

Very disappointing and expensive, location is bad, we had taxi rides included from and to the airport but they denied them and the breakfast was also expensive for a low quality food. Definitely not 4 stars, they didn’t even have water at the reception when we asked and didn’t bother getting us some. It smelled bad outside the hotel, i guess it’s not their fault about the smell but in general too expensive for low quality.
