The stuff is very kind and help with everything we needed. Hotel is very quiet and you don’t feel the rush of Koh Samui but still close to central chaweng street.

Can I just say. For me, it’s the people around you who truly can make a memorable stay at your hotel or location. The hotel can have all the best amenities in the world but for me it’s been the staff in Anantara Lawana, Koh Samui. The cleaners the cooks, the waiters and waitresses the people at the main reception, so many people to thank. You are what matters, you will be our memories of our stay at the hotel. You made our stay memorable. Your jolly faces, your exceptional guest services ensuring we had a great stay. Irene and breakfast team, thank you for being so attentive and welcoming, you do an incredible job. Keep the hard work going all of you. Outstanding….. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The best thing was the excellence service. All of the staff were exceptionally attentive and polite. The rooms were absolutely beautiful extremely comfortable, nothing was forgotten. The private swimming pool was very indulgent and an experience not to be forgotten.

It was very quiet in the evening. After you had eaten, it lacked atmosphere and you were left wondering whether you’re missing out somehow somewhere else. Where was everybody?

We had a truly wonderful stay at Anantara Lawana Koh Samui with our whole family. We would especially like to highlight the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff – we felt perfectly taken care of at all times. Every wish was practically anticipated, and the service was not only very personal but consistently professional. The location right by a house reef is another big plus. The sea is very shallow, which makes it ideal for children and perfect for relaxing days by the water. We were also thoroughly impressed by the food: the restaurant offered fantastic cuisine, and the service there was equally outstanding. Overall, an unforgettable stay – we would love to come back!
