HEMOS TENIDO QUE PAGAR 2 VECES POR LA MISMA HABITACION, POR UN ERROR PERO EN 2 MINUTOS ME DI CUENTA Y YA NO QUISIERON ARREGLARLO NO VOLVEREMOS NUNCA

Nous sommes restés quatre nuits et nous n'avons changé les vêtements de la chambre qu'une seule fois, mon fils était allergique, je n'ai pas aimé la façon dont l'équipe nous a traités

Goood

The staff was attentive and friendly. We had a problem with our heat and they took care of it right away. The housekeepers did a great job.

Queda muy lejos del centro

O hotel se localiza em uma area periferica de Lisboa. Se vc estiver de carro é bem tranquilo para se locomover.

Great, as always. Never had any issues here.

Foi bem tranquila e confortável! Quarto bem limpo e organizado. Atendimento bem simpático e prestativo.

Reception and resturant staff were very accomodating. Bedding and towels. Were changed regularly but I did find the sink was not cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was filling and tasty. We found the daily menu limited but reasonably tasty. There was plenty of seating inside and out. We did not have a car but ordering taxis was easy. In the hotel there was an automated taxi call out. They generally arrived quickly, most spoke reasonable english.
