The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The room had everything i needed.

Residence Inn staff is great! The bed was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Very peaceful setting. GM Brad Kendrick is always friendly and around to help to make your stay pleasant. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

There were some problems with roaches, and there was a strong smell from the spray in the hall. The lock on my door has some problems. I really did enjoy my stay & and I would co sided going back. I just think a few things need to be fixed. Their breakfast was very good, as was their service. We were supposed to have maid servicetwicebut due to them being so busy from evacuees we only got it once.

Housekeeping was phenomenal!! We evacuated from the hurricane and housekeeping kept our spirits up thw entire stay. The ladies made sure we had everything we needed and more!! Definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We evacuated during Hurricane Helene and wanted a place that offered a full kitchen and a living room at a reasonable price. My wife was recovering from surgery and needed at comfortable "home-like" accommodations. Residence Inn in Dothan, AL fit our requirements.

The staff were very sweet and our room was clean and tidy. They got me in early into my room even tho they were packed from the hurricane. Appreciate the service and great stay!

My wife and I had to evacuate our coastal area as Helene was approaching. We are staying in Dothan at the Residence Inn. Last night as other evacuees were arriving, I noticed an older man and woman sitting in scooter chairs in the hallway on the 3rd floor. They also had their dog. They were very sweet but frustrated, their key was stuck in the door and one of their chairs was not working. I went to the desk downstairs where I met Mercedes. I told her what was happening. She was clearly very busy with several other things, but she immediately stopped what she was doing, and we searched for some tools to help retrieve the key. When that didn't work Mercedes quickly switched the couple's room and they were very pleased and appreciative. I have run into Mercedes throughout the hotel as she's busy cleaning rooms and other things. She is the busiest but most pleasant young lady and Residence Inn in Dothan is blessed that she is here taking care of guests with her amazing smile and positive attitude. She enhances what is already a very nice place to stay with a great group of people.
