Good central location while also not being too hectic. Women at reception unfailingly cheerful and helpful.

Not sure why TV didn't have main Norwegian channel but did have CNN - made chilling out watching the World Cup impossible

Guten Lage. Nah zum Bahnhof und zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer ausreichend groß.

Wir kamen am Vormittag an. Wenn man früher als 16 Uhr auf das Zimmer möchte, muss eine Gebühr von 200 NOK gezahlt werden. Alternativ kann man sein Gepäck im Gepäckraum (ca.1x3m) abstellen. Dazu wurde uns nur gesagt, dass dieser wahrscheinlich voll ist. Zugang zum Gepäckraum ist über einen QR Code bei Zahlung von 59 NOK für ein kleines Gepäckstück möglich. In unserem Fall war der Raum komplett voll. Man kann sagen, es war chaotisch. Mit Mühe und Not haben wir ein Plätzchen gefunden. Wenn für die Aufbewahrung schon eine Gebühr genommen wird, sollte das Handling aus unserer Sicht etwas besser laufen. Wer also auf Gepäckaufbewahrung angewiesen ist, sollte sich evtl.eine Alternative überlegen. Uns hat es verärgert.

The staff were most helpful and facilities were clean and adequate.

The hotel was expensive but then again Norway is expensive.
