"Ruim, péssima experiência, não recomendo Ibis Araçatuba"

Não gostei de nada

As paredes não tem isolamento acústico, o tempo todo, seja de manhã ou à noite da pra ouvir tudo que acontece nos quartos vizinhos. Conversas, descargas, torneiras. A torneira do banheiro do meu quarto não parava de pingar. O colchão é péssimo, não tem um cobertor ou edredom no quarto. A funcionária que me recebeu no check in me Cobrou valor diferente, disse que eu tinha que pagar a mais pq o booking sempre faz confusão na hora da reserva e o valor estava errado. Eu reservei um quarto duplo e ela me disse que o valor pago era só para uma Pessoa e não para duas. Eu quero ressarcimento ou vou atrás dos meu direitos.
