Location is great. Hotel clean and price was economical.

Husband used the hotel hot tub and it had so much chlorine it completely bleached his swimsuit. Desk staff offered no solution. This seems unacceptable and dangerous. Glad we didn't have small children! We spoke to them about it twice and neither time were offered restitution or apology. I guess we could have made a stink about it but didn't want to ruin the time with friends. I think they should have stepped up.

Hi, I stayed at the La Quinta in Temecula on November 16, 2025, and I’m reaching out about two rings I lost during my stay. I left them by the sink in my room. The rings are: • A silver adjustable ring with a heart • A gold graduation ring with a dark purple stone, engraved “Grand Canyon University” Could you please have housekeeping re-check the sink area specifically? They may have slipped: • Behind the sink • Into the gap between the wall and counter • Onto the towel shelf underneath • Or gotten caught on the drain stopper These rings have a lot of sentimental value to me, and I would greatly appreciate any help in locating them. Please let me know if there are any updates. Thank you so much.
