The staff were so friendly and helpful! Special shout out to Muhammad (MJ), Suha, Sony (in the Market) and Perpetual (at the Pool).The stay was wonderful, bed was comfortable and the room spacious and fully equipped. I actually looked forward to the returning to the room after a hot day in Doha. The free valet parking service is a well added benefit.

Not enough trash bins in the room itself, I was a bit surprised that house keeping would come in and do the bed even with the Do not Disturb sign but it was a nice touch just very surprising. Better lighting, mostly the room was dimly lit after sun down. The entrance is very crammed so valet can get congested and take time.

- التكييف تعطل اخر يوم بالليل وكان الجو حار وصعب النوم، - شركة تنظيف الزجاج كانت سيئة ازعاج طول الصباح مستحيل تنام من كثر ما تضرب حبال العمال في القزاز بشكل يومي من 8 الصباح الى 2 الظهر مستحيل تقدر تنام من ازعاج الحبال وكيبل الي ينظف الزجاج يضرب بصوت عالي جدا ومزعج. - اللوبي صغير جدا وغير ملفت

As a business traveler who has stayed at many hotels, this one caught my attention. My late-night check-in was handled well by the waiting staff, the 24-hour room service is a great perk and the complimentary breakfast spread was also quite tasty. The fitness center is well-equipped with great views, and the spa offers a great variety of services. I really enjoyed the vibes at Coya and Wahm lounge. The hotel surpassed all my expectations! A special shoutout to SABRINA at the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange a quick check-in and secure a quiet room for my trip and She make sure that we had everything (5 stars).

The best part of the W is the staff and how welcome they make you feel, from the 2 gents at the front desk who offered assistance on anything required to Lylya on guest relations who made sure my stay was perfect
