The front staff were funny and a joy to talk to. Very helpful when I realized I need sunscreen and a maid to give us fresh towels.

That I had to leave. It rained the first day but we went shopping. The restaurants were so busy. One hour and 20min Wait. So the rest of the trip we skipped lunch and ate dinner around 3pm. Got right in.

"Stunning location"

This hotel is located just in front of Pensacola Beach (Gulf of Mexico). Its location is stunning and many of its rooms have sea views, therefore we're talking about a real gem (main reason I guess to be quite expensive !!). All these front rooms have also a small balcony with two chairs which is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the fantastic beach and a decent pool outside, Spacious room with an average bathroom which would need a renovation. No dining facilities therefore you need to go outside. Poor breakfast with almost null options. Good service at all. Price is high and we don't know if mid-April is Low or Medium season but in this case you pay for its stunning location. Nothing else

"Disappointing"

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach for a two-night family stay over Mother’s Day weekend. Great location, but service fell short. Our room did not receive housekeeping during the stay, and we had to request additional washcloths the second night. I also asked about a late checkout the night before departure and was told to ask again in the morning, only to be told they had already reached their limit. Nice property and convenient beach access, but communication and service were disappointing.
