Location was perfect for the beach. Pool was lovely too, so spent time between beach and pool. Area good and lots of good restaurants nearby. We were there only 2 nights. We eat at Shaggy's which was great. The breakfast that was included at the hotel was lovely, there were lots of options, including cereal, cooked and pancakes.

Only thing I think could have been better would have been to have some free sunbeds on the beach in front of the hotel. There were beds, but they were from a holiday company and the prices were high for what was offered.

We love staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Pensacola Beach. It's our favorite! The staff is always wonderful and friendly. The room is always clean and the beds so comfortable. I usually take my own pillow but since staying here I wont do that next time. Pillows were great.

Can't think of anything I didnt like.
