Este inadmisibil faptul ca domnul aflat la recepție, in urma unor schimburi de replici mai dure datorate faptului ca procesul de cazare dura exagerat de mult a refuzat sa cazeze o femeie însărcinată! Soția se simțea rău, sarcina este avansata (luna a saptea),ora 00. 30,camera achitata, iar in momentul in care I am sugerat sa se grăbească a spus ca nu ne mai cazează si ca mi returnează banii. Era foarte "ocupat" sa- i faca pe plac ca sa ma exprim elegant unui alt client din Israel (vina mea ca nu am macar o matusa care sa locuiasca acolo).Doar după ce l am amenințat cu reclamații si plângeri a binevoit într un final sa finalizeze procedurile si sa ne dea cartela de la camera. Pentru un hotel de cinci stele cu pretenții nu cred ca este normal!

Located in the heart of elegant architectural explosion, offers a contemporary comfort hard to rival. From basic climate, to comfortable, high end sleeping arrangements, to variety of restaurants to satisfy any expectations, to a well maintained spacious pool, sauna to die for, to decor and even the cleaning robot quietly twirling amongst guests, Radison Blu exceeded my expectations. I thought I was in love with Marmoroch, but…I have a new favorite. And Eric, at the reception…STELLAR!

Not everyone was like Eric!
