I could not fault this hotel at all. The location is great - 10 min walk to the old town, and you're right on the coast with amazing views across the pool to the sea. The breakfast was fantastic, the sun loungers are so comfy and the pool bar is cheap! £3.80 for a glass of wine. It's quiet too, we went to a few clubs but the nights we stayed in you couldn't hear anything really so you could get a good sleep. Was really happy with this hotel and would definitely stay again.

"Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, the receptionist guy with tattoo was really really aggressive and rude"

View and breakfast were good

The life guard at the swimming pool got upset and throw us a towel just because we asked extra towel. The receptionist guy with tattoos was extremely rude unpolite and unprofessional and didn’t want to listen our complaints, start banging the hands on the counter and cutting off the conversation The service got this time was embarrassing. If we pay certain amount we expect also that the management knows how to deal with problems. We really felt ignored and intimidated.

Le personnel n’était pas très agréable. Notre SDB était sale à notre arrivée. Chambre bruyante de par la rue et les voisins.

"Nice location, decent price for the offering. Could do with some improvements which would be easy to implement."

Great location with some fantastic bars and restaurants. Nice sea view and balcony. Easy to walk into the old town.

Poor air conditioning and fridge. Didn’t like the water in a carton. No coffee machine. Drinks around the pool were poor.

The hotel is pretty straight forward how it looks no messing around

The noise in the back rooms looking at the block of flats even on the highest floor is horrendous couldn’t can’t get any sleep overall was ok
