Please note that the front desk is open from 09:00 until 19:00 Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00. Check-ins are welcome after 15:00. Guests expecting to arrive after 19:00 are asked to use the courtesy phone outside the lobby door for assistance. Please note that the minimum check-in age is 18 years of age. Housekeeping services are available upon request from 10:00 until 14:00. Housekeeping service isn't provided daily, but upon request for an additional fee. Requests must be made at least the night before arrival.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The price was reasonable and we liked the location, which was convenient to downtown attractions. The TV was nice and large, and let you sign into your streaming accounts.

The property was old and the decor was outdated. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and we needed more pillows. The clock didn't work, so we asked the front desk for a new battery and reset the time, but the clock kept loosing time and was off. We went to shower and let the water run for a long time but it never heated up, so we took cold showers.
