Chawengburi Resort

Resort in the heart of Chaweng beach but very peaceful and quiet,the beach is truly stunning,the reception staff were very welcoming and would help with any issues,I found the staff working on the beach front of the hotel at first quite rude but once they realized I was staying at the resort there attitude changed and became friendly and helpful,the main issue being in that the resort hires out the sunlounger's to the passing public so it took the staff a few days to realize I was a guest so didn't have to pay a fee for the sunlounger, the breakfast was good with plenty of different choices,I enjoyed my stay at ChawengBuri so much that after 14 nights I booked a further 4 nights as we found the resort just so relaxing.

3年続けて3回目のリピーターです。電話番号とメールアドレスが変わりエクスペディア掲載と異なり空港送迎バスの予約ができず当日タクシーで行きました。従業員やマッサージの人は覚えていてくれて前回と同じvilla704で毎回5泊しています。今回はスコールが多く夕方は短時間でしたが停電もあり街中も真っ暗でした。南国の花木にリスがいたこと、朝食ビュッフェが良くなったこと毎年楽しみです。来年も行きます！

great location between chaweng mall and beach but hotel facilities worn down. It looks and feels like it has not been renovated in the last 20 years. One wing of the bungalow section is closes off because they are doing construction but it looks like that stopped a few years ago. Staff friendly. Breakfast very minimalistic. Bring mosquito spray for your room - lots of it.

Best spot on Chewang Beach, Nice Resort, Friendly Staff, Quiet at night, easy to sleep, very centrally located, Buffet Breakfast is a bit sparse, needs more choices & more variety but it does the Job. We stayed in a pool villa & our friends had a seaview villa, all HAPPY. We had other friends staying elsewhere, when they visited us they wished they booked here as well, (said next time they will). Anyway, Very Happy & will definitely be back.

The bathrooms are hopefully being upgraded - the beige plastic shower curtain with roses, was not what I was expecting. The shower over the bath was clean. However, don't book the breakfasts, very poor - minimal choice of anything at all - I felt quite sorry for the restaurant staff in the morning they must have plenty of complaints to deal with.

Great Hotel on the beach with a central location for all the bars, cafes and shops .... very relaxing place to stay

Våra barn fick betala 600 bath extra per barn trots att deras rum var exakt lika som vårt. Girigt tycker vi. Undvik detta hotell om ni har barn.

Notre bungalow, une pool villa était beau et très propre et les draps changés pratiquement tous les jours. Par contre, la salle de bains est très peu pratique. Pas de porte, douche qui inonde les toilettes, rideau de douche à l'ancienne. Pas beaucoup de rangements pour les vêtements. La plage est magnifique et il y a beaucoup de transats, par contre, vu que les transats sont loués à la journée, il peut arriver que les clients de l'hôtel se retrouve très mal placés à la plage au profit des gens de l'extérieur. Le restaurant a des prix correctes mais il vaut mieux privilégier les plats thaïlandais que la nourriture européenne. Le petits déjeuner est fait pour les chinois qui sont majoritaires dans l'hôtel donc pas trop à notre goût. Le wifi était bon au début et plus il y avait du monde plus c'était compliqué de se connecter. Cet hôtel ne semble pas très orienté vers sa clientèle et vu sa taille et sont emplacement idéal je pense que le management pense plus aux rentrées d'argent qu'au bien-être des clients. Nous sommes restés 3 1/2 dans cet hotel et nous avons été facturé 100 baht pour un verre cassé (c'est pas cher mais c'est le principe) si vous voulez emmener une serviette de bains en dehors de l'hôtel prévoyez une caution de 500 baht par serviette, pas très commercial. Dommage.
