The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The setting is very well situated. The beach is nice. The pool area is beautiful, with flowers around and a view of the sea. The experience was sadly ruined by the playing of loud music from early afternoon to evening from a booming speaker, drowning out what would have been beautiful sounds of the sea and nature. The food was pleasant though not outstanding, and patchy in quality. We did not always receive what we ordered. A waiter refused to give my elderly mother butter: “I know it is the English way but this is Italy”. As an anglo Italian family, this does not please me. I enjoyed my stay, but there were sufficient issues to prevent a return.

What really stood out during my stay was the restaurant and the team working there. The food was excellent every day, and the staff made everything easy and enjoyable with their kindness and attention.

I really liked how the hotel buildings are set up on the territory — it felt almost like staying in a private garden. Very intimate and tranquil, with a truly restful atmosphere. I loved the sea, the food in the restaurant was wonderful, and the staff were always kind and ready to help with anything, which made me feel very comfortable.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel itself. The only thing is that the landscape around is quite hilly, so walking outside the hotel could get a bit tiring.

Very good beach, near to Capo Vaticano. Balcony view is great, the staff is very helpful.

The shower water is not so hot when the day is not sunny. The southern food can be salty for foreigners. And most tours to isole eolie depart from Tropea instead of Ricadi.

very nice area, with comprehensive care. room in pleasant colors, clean, cleaned daily, front garden with seating separated from other places by beautiful oleanders. Very nice staff, helpful and pleasant, headed by the always smiling manager. In the area you will find everything you need from a very rich breakfast, swimming pool, small private beach and excellent food throughout the day. the entire area is very tastefully decorated with palm trees and beautifully flowering plants. truly a wonderful holiday
