"Hotel neuf mais déjà vieillissant"

Je suis un habitué de cet hotel depuis quelques année et le matériaux utilisés et niveau d'entretien vieillissent mal... L'hotel reste encore aujourd'hui plutôt bien. Le personnel parle l'anglais médiocrement. Emplacement un peu loin du centre ville mais peut être intéressant pour les businessman.

출장으로 갔는데 불편함 없이 잘 있다 돌아 왔습니다. 조식도 종류가 많고, 객실도 넓고 깨끗했으나 직원들이 영어를 잘 하지 못해 조금 불편하였습니다.

"Great accommodations, great location."

This is my go-to hotel when in Ningbo. The staff speaks English well and are very courteous. I happened to go during a holiday, so the hotel was packed with locals traveling to the area. My only complaint is that you have a pay extra for the breakfast - and its more expensive than your typical hotel breakfast.

"Close to airport."

No universal power socket available in room, had to ask front desk to supply one adaptor with prompt response. So enviromental friendly that the slippers were recyclely used for many times. Dirts and hair could found in and out of the slippers.

"Classy hotel, Professional and friendly staff"

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The price is reasonable and the rooms are clean and appealing. The lobby staff is very helpful and speak English well enough to help me arrange for a cab at 5:30 am in the morning! When you reach the front desk, they offer you a wet towel to wipe your face, and hands so that you feel refreshed from your travels. Nice touch.

"Exceptional"

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Needed to book a car to drive from Ningbo to Shanghai as well as a car for a day trip to Hangzhou. The front desk manager went the extra mile to make the bookings for us, and to ensure that the car and the entire trip was alright and to our expectation.

"Comfortable Hotel, Good price."
