Lockport Inn and Suites

What a lovely property! As other reviews have mentioned the Lockport Inn is impeccably clean and obviously well cared for. The front desk staff was personable and professional. We were upgraded to a room with more amenities which was unexpected and appreciated. Plenty of dining options in either direction. The room was very nice. I wish we could have stayed longer!

My first impression was of the friendly staff who helped me check in, despite my late arrival. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. The dresser in the room offered a variety of pillows to choose from. The staff offered me an upgrade to a larger room, which I accepted, and I felt as though it was an excellent value. It was exceptionally convenient relative to where I was traveling for work. It is also convenient for visiting Niagara Falls.

The hot water temperature was too high for my taste, but that was easily mitigated.

The room was very large and clean. Our bedroom was separated from the jacuzzi room by an open wall of marble with a two sided fireplace. It kept our room warm & cozy. We loved our little getaway. The other Hotels don't compare to this Inn. They also have a beautiful outdoor pool for summer time. Don't pass this place up. 3/15/26
