Es un hotel tranquilo donde todo está muy bien cuidado, los detalles muy tenidos en cuenta y las habitaciones son espaciosas y con buena iluminacción y la que me toco tenía 2 televisores y dos aires acondicionados

Reservé una excursión a los elefantes ofrecida por ellos pero realizada por una compañia externa. La excursión fue mala y nos hicieron perder innecesariamente casi dos horas esperando a gente que quería hacer rafting en el río, lo cual era una excursión diferente y no contratada por mi. Me quejé con el hotel y ellos se desentendieron completamente a pesar de que el unico recibo de mi pago era dado por el propio Hotel

Good hotel with great breakfast. ( Asian and Western; even wholemeal bread and honey ham + Edam cheese) Lovely pool but water very cold ( January). Friendly staff. Very small bathroom. A bit expensive for what you get.
