Wingate By Wyndham Charleston

I was very unhappy when I came back to my room on Saturday, July 27, to find it had not been cleaned. The TV cable was not good. There was no channel guide that showed what was actually showing on each channel. And there was very limited variety of channels.

Easy access from the highway, but far enough back from it

The rooms were nice but the bathtub faucet leaked water.

This hotel needs total rework with new staff.

It's very convenient to Trident Hospital. I felt safe since my husband spent overnight in the hospital so I was by myself.

Front desk a bit abrupt at registration. Breakfast area very nice. Room quiet and comfortable

The breakfast was mid but the staff was extremely polite and helpful. We would stay here again.

It was close to the university for my children's baseball camp.

Hotel is ok. Was taking a shower in rm 407 and shower faucet blew off and grazed my shin. Not much to do except sit down and rinse. Disappointing Nobody at front desk to tell when dropping key off the next morning. If I hadn't gone thru Expedia I would have asked and expected some money back.
