The room was not clean and was had a significant number of beetles in it. I brought it to the staff attention and requested that the room be deep cleaned. When I returned the towels had been changed and that was it. Nothing had been wiped down; the bed wasn't made, the floors not cleaned, and the coffee etc. had not been restocked. There were also sticks in the window jams indicating security issues.

Size and comfort of room Breakfast - amazing !! Pool open till 10pm

The front desk clerk did not know about any restaurants in town. We like recommendations to choose where we eat. There was nothing in the room, not even a photocopies sheet, of things to do or see in Westlock and the surrounding area. Again, we like personal recommendations
