Hotel je fantastický, od jedla po personál, nádherné čisté izby, možnosť ubytovať sa so psíkom bola pre nás veľmi dôležita. Taktiež úžasný wellnes a vonkajší bazén s výhľadom na hory. Chceli by sme sa veľmi pekne poďakovať a už dnes sa tešíme, že sa sem opäť vrátime.

This is one of the most unordinary, unique hotels we have stayed at. The kids loved it. Everything from the rooms, to meals, to the gym, the wellness and spa, the surroundings, was just amazing. We spent the Easter break there and it was the best decision for the family!

Really nice hotel close the the ski slope of Reiter alm Nice food & facilities. The issue we had was that the hot water boiler broke down & was not fixed, so we had cold showers for 2 days. Staff kept saying it was being looked into & no update despite numerous calls. However when we checked out & complained they did admit the issue & that engineers would be attending on the Monday. They offered to cancel our wine bill we had at the evening meals. Food was very good & restaurant staff were good & friendly. Would stay again as think the hit water issue was probably a one off - just not ideal for our stay.

Velmi příjemný personál, napomáhající. Krásně prostřené stoly. Velký výběr na snídani.

Jídlo mi moc nechutnalo. Nábytek a i vybavení hotelu již staré, opotřebované. Koberce vyšoupané. Ale hotel stále příjemný.

Nádherný hotel, skvělá gastronomie, milý personál, teplý venkovní bazén, odpolední svačiny, příjemný wellness a všude čisto. Byli jsme na Velikonoční pobyt a jako dárek na nás ráno čekal zajíc a obarvená vajíčka. Bylo to milé!. Moc doporučuju.

Je trochu slyšet hluk z hlavní silnice, příště bych objednala pokoj na druhé straně hotelu.
