Bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo dobre jedzenie z karty, śniadania zazwyczaj co dzień to samo. Hotel na poziomie europejskim 4.

Hotel pomimo wolnych pokoi, nie zamelduj wcześniej. Po całej podróży, więc musisz swoje odczekać. Muzyka elektroniczna wieczorna, ładny głos ale to raczej nie ten klimat, jak dla mnie. Co dzień ta sama osoba, gra do kotleta. Hotel głównie nastawiony na rodziny z dzieci. Usytuowanie pokoi z tarasu, w dużej części z widokiem na drugi budynek i jego budową, kojarzy się z lokalizację na osiedla mieszkalnego, co psuje klimat miejsca. Nie wygodne poduszki. Woda w morzu mętna i masz wrażenia kluje szpileczkami.

Très bel hôtel, personnel au top, gentillesse et sourires au rendez-vous. Petit déjeuner top, chambre spacieuse, bonne literie. Très belle plage et bon petit restaurant à droite de la plage qui pratique des tarifs corrects

Seul point négatif est le Manque de moyens pour se rendre à khao lak, navette 1 fois par jour en partance de l'hôtel et pas toujours disponible; un peu onéreuse par rapport à ce qui se fait ailleurs. Impossible d'avoir un grab, et tarifs de la restauration proposés à l'hôtel élevés.

Very nice kids club and well equipped for kids in general. Super nice stuff.

Breakfast had a lot to choose from but hardly to find something actually very satisfying. Veggies were dry and tasteless, not alternative milk choices.

Der Strand ist schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Essen war top und abwechslungsreich. Pool war sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Leider kein Grab "Taxi" Support, da zu weit weg von Phuket. Aber es gibt jeden Tag Shuttle Service ins Khao Lak Zentrum. Lebensmittelmarkt auf anderer Strassenseite. Hatte immer genügend Liegestühle frei. Wer länger als 1 Stunde unbeaufsichtigt den Liegestuhl nicht braucht, wird Liege wieder freigegeben, sehr gut!

Die Ressort eigenen Massagen sind teuer. Etwa 40€ pro Person. Der Strand hatte viele gestrandete Quallen. Darum im Meer chillen war keine gute Idee.

Frühstück: lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lage: am wunderschönen, sehr langen, sauberen Strand. Kao Lak sehr gut mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Staff: herzlich, hilfsbereit und überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Grossen Dank an JiP vom houskeeping😍.

Es war für uns perfekt in der Poolvilla.
