Ankara Plaza Hotel

到着時間が予定より遅れましたが、笑顔で迎えていただきました。チェックアウト後、夜中のバスまでの時間も荷物を預かってくれ、さらに昼間観光し夜のバスの時間までロビーで過ごさせていただきました。 長距離バスの予約もしていただき、とても助かりました。 朝食はとても美味しく、息子たちも大満足でした。

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Terasse war sehr schön. Minibar im Zimmer wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt und war sehr günstig.

Eigentlich war Preis-Leistungverhältniss optimal. Negatives ist mir nicht aufgefallen.

The location of the hotel is great! Right next to the clinic we came to

terrible internet, all our devices constantly lost connection, the staff even changed our room to a lower class and several floors below, but this did not help much. the most unpleasant thing is that when leaving the hotel at night, the night staff charged us for water from the mini bar, although it is free, it is shameful to do this - this water cannot cost 490 Turkish lira, considering that it is free. The transfer that the hotel offers is an ordinary taxi from the street, with a higher price for a kickback to the night staff of the hotel😳. we will never return to this hotel again!!! I do not recommend!

Breakfast was decent , location was very good and central

Could have had slightly better gym facility with more/ better equipment but sauna was wonderful
