Got charged for a no show on my second room because hotel staff cldnt find the booking. So had to get another room. 200 dollars for the no show that they won't refund

The breakfast was very good, very good.

I reported to front desk that bathroom electrical receptacles weren't working, they weren't working when we checked out. The bed I slept in has a swag in it, the worst part was there was an infestation of stink bugs in our room. When we checked out of the hotel the receipt was for some woman I never heard of. This is not the Hampton Inn I remember.
