"Good Suite for Family"

Nice clean room, pool was nice, lobby was clean and staff was friendly.

I’m satisfied about the overall stay. Homewood Suites in North Charleston could do better with the garage. I had to tell the front desk clerk that I want the garage cans dumped after two nights. This is why I ranked the “cleanliness” as average.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory. Everything was clean, the room as well as the hallway and weren't musty like some hotels. Sometimes we have to spray the room with air freshener. Last, the HVAC system always presented a comfortable atmosphere.

One down fall , I watch tv when I'm in the room but there wasn't any guide service on the television and we weren't accommodated with one in the room like hotels I've stayed at in the past. Had to flip through channels before I got to anything I was interested in and was already in progress at the time. So I just settled for sports most of the time because it didn't matter when I caught it. I like watching movies as well. No YouTube access for my granddaughter either.
