Leonardo Hotel Almere City Center

Excellent and friendly attitude from the staff throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is also amazing — right in the city center with very convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast for one day offered by the hotel staff, which was a very kind gesture.

AC was not working properly and the room became very hot during our stay, especially considering the warm weather in the Netherlands. The staff provided us with a fan, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it was still not enough to properly cool the room. Additionally, unlike other hotel chains in a similar price range, room service requests had to be made via QR code instead of through a more standard process. Another downside was the parking situation. The parking area was part of the shopping mall’s general parking garage. It would feel much safer and more convenient if the hotel had a dedicated and separated parking section for guests. One more small point: the windows have a rather unusual design and are positioned quite high, so you cannot really enjoy the outside view from the room. It was not a big issue for us since we had stayed at this hotel brand before and already knew the concept, but guests expecting a normal window view might find it a bit disappointing.

Decent size room, clean bathroom, nice bar and very friendly staff

Aside from 5 hangers there was no cupboard or draw space for any of our clothes. Ended up having to pile them up on the luggage stand. Very odd to have nothing available

Fleur was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel provided everything we expected and I loved the handwritten note and waffles as a welcome: Nice touch. The individual pop corn portions were also a lovely idea. Thanks for everything !

It was a very handy location for our activity and transport to the airport. A reliable brand

It was a holiday weekend which we did know but the bar was not open when we arrived and we were not aware of this. We were offered a complimentary drink though which was much appreciated

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super. Das Badezimmer ist super ausgestattet.

Der komplette Hoiteleingang ist voller Taubenkot. Es ist zwar ein Netz gespannt aber das hält die Tauben nicht davon ab sich Nester da drin zu bauen und alles voll zu koten. Im Zimmer ging der TV nicht. Auf der linken Bettseite die Steckdose nicht. Im Zimmer selbst war es sehr war, die Klimaanlage schwächelt. Zudem war es sehr laut, hatten wir extrem Pech da Kirmes direkt vor der Tür. Preis Leistung passt leider garnicht.
