Kosmoplaz Beach Hotel

Just come back loved the hotel everyone so friendly and helpful, our room was amazing looking over the sea with big balcony, I miss it already.

Was surprised at how beautiful and great the hotel was! pictures do not do it justice! I love how my friend and I had easy access to the beach and there are so many restaurants to choose from to dine out. The hotel staff are super nice and accommodating. Funny story: my friend and I landed on the wrong Island and could not find our driver; while having had some back and forth calls with the hotel we were upset that we had been waiting for over an hour to be picked up. We then realized our mistake and the hotel staff arranged our pick up even after landing a lot later than we planned. They were accommodating and very helpful during our mishap. They even check the times for the ferry and told us when the next ferry would pick us up. Super great staff and well run hotel! Our room included mini fridge and AC.

Fantastic service: the staff follows through and is extremely informative and makes the stay an enjoyable one.

My wife and I had a great stay. The 3 men we dealt with at the hotel, Manos, Demetrius, and Elias could not have been better. They made our stay great. The hotel is located perfectly in the center of the beach strip. There are plenty of very good restaurants and bars to choose from on this strip. There are also 2 mini markets next door to pick up almost anything. The beach is in front of the hotel and the bus that takes you to town is behind the hotel.

Had beach view rooms as two copuples we had king bed other couple standard not queen so not happy bath room like a sauna old style step into bath for shower for the price very ordinary room always hot as couldnt leave sir con on once left the room retaurant over rated no one goes there good breaky

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Many connection across the island for fun things to do (we did scuba diving and a tour of Delos). Our room was also clean and remade at the end of the day.

The hotel is in a perfect location right on the beach of Platis Gialos & it has a good pool, it’s a shame the accomodation wasn’t what we imagined. The photos of the standard pool view room we very deceiving on the website. The cleaning lady was quite rude and gave us an awful face for wanting our sheets changed. Would not recommend to others if you’re wanting anything above 3 star.

The hotel was great! Best location,most friendly staff, super kind! It was amazing! I was picked up by a private driver for free! Amazing place! The restaurant located in the hotel is not part of the hotel and the staff of the hotel told me to watch out for the restaurant ! It was true! The restaurant owner and staff willl do anything they can to ovrercharhe u! I was overcharged almost 79 euros! But again, the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel! The location to me was a 10. The bus stop is around the corner, the hotel is located in the beach and the staff is the best! Stay here! My home is MIAMI, Florida! Beautiful place

The hotel is nice. It is right on the beach and is clean. It was great for 2-3 nights, but not more. However, it is not a real 4 star. It doesn’t have a restaurant and bar and they really try to discourage you from using the restaurant on the beach directly in front. I must admit that we just came from another hotel which had amazing service, rooms, and pool with bar & restaurant, so we directly compared it and for the price, this hotel paled in comparison. I was expecting more from the pictures, as well.
