We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. The location is also very good - it is well connected to Zugspitze, Eibsee, and Garmisch city, making it a great base for exploring the area. Breakfast was good as well, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. One thing worth mentioning is that the hotel consists of three buildings: the main building with the restaurant and main facilities, and two additional buildings. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which is a big plus.

Parking arrangements could be done better. Many guests arrive by car, while the parking spaces are limited, especially near the additional buildings. At times we had to drive around to find a free space. Also, since not everyone parks very neatly, fitting into the tighter spots can be a bit tricky. Considering the €10.50 parking fee per day, it would be great to have a parking space permanently fixed durig one's stay. Better marking of the spaces and a bit more control would also help.

Die Lage und das Hotel sind wirklich toll. ❤️

Aber manche Sachen brauchen Renovierung. Allerdings gibt es im Zimmer mit Flussblick ein paar Dinge, die behoben werden müssen. Zum Beispiel blättert die Farbe an der Sitzbank an der Wand ab, und die Vorhänge sind etwas eingerissen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie wirkt das düster und unschön.

Lage.

Es wurde zu 5 Uhr morgens am nächsten Tag ein Lunchpaket bestellt und zugesagt, da eine ganztägige alpine Klettertour ohne Hütten bevor stand und das Frühstück eigentlich erst um 7 Uhr beginnt. Das Paket wurde vergessen, da Feiertag war, es konnte auch nichts an einer Tankstelle erworben werden und die schon anspruchsvolle Tour musste quasi nüchtern erfolgen. Das nicht bereitgestellte Paket wurde zunächst auch noch abgerechnet. Nach Hinweis hierauf wurde aber auf die Abrechnung verzichtet.
