Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon check-in, I found what appeared to be dried blood on the duvet and hair on one of the pillows, which was concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. I disinfected the bed myself and removed the duvet. The following morning, the on-site restaurant, Sauciety, was closed with no prior notice. Attempts to order through the hotel’s website were unsuccessful due to items being listed as unavailable, even when trying to order something as simple as tea. I spoke with a manager who assured me the issues would be addressed, including having someone inspect the room and providing a missing part for the coffee/tea machine. Unfortunately, neither occurred. I was given a $40 breakfast voucher for the next day, but the restaurant was still closed when I attempted to use it. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell short of expected standards.

Location for participating in events at National Harbour was very nice
