Great access to the Beaver Creek mountain

Any question asked of staff pertaining to amenities of the resort/skiing was met with a snobby, condescending, “how dare you ask” reply…skiing was great, majority of the staff interactions were terrible especially at the price point

We stayed here for a long weekend and my fiance proposed during our stay. It was an incredible resort. The hot tub, the food, the live music. All of it. Incredible and well worth every penny.

The property was clean and was in close proximity to beaver creek. To get to the ski area you need to take a bus. The gondola only goes to the landing and then you have to hop on the bus. The property was nice looking, the main issue we had was the staff. Before we arrived I received a notification that our room was ready. However, when we finally got to to the front desk a couple hours later, they indicated that that was not true and "they don't know why I was sent that" in a rather rude way. After waiting for another hour we finally received out room. Another issue we had, is that the restaurant by the bar had under cooked some pasta and overcooked our children's burgers. They were overcooked to the point of beef jerky. We decided to check out a day earlier and go to another hotel, usually most hotels that care would ask why we're leaving early. These folks did not. I personally would probably find a resort closer to beaver creek ski resort next time. I'm unsure if all the resorts have similar staff issues but I definitely felt like I paid too much for the service I received.

Mountain Views and gondola both amazing - valet service excellent - concierge good- front desk and cleaning inconsistent. Requested light bulb 3x - finally got a different desk lamp 3 days later.

The property had excellent facilities and the lift straight onto the mountain was a massive plus.

The staff (excluding the valets) who were un helpful even when I was admitted to hospital. We had to ask for a hairdryer 3/4 times and never got one. Asking for bags to be taken from the room took 3 phones calls and eventually we had to go down to the desk to ask for someone to come up. Not the service you would expect for the price at all.
