・スタッフさんの対応がとてもよかった。 ・朝食もちょうどよいくらいの種類で満足だった。 ・部屋も清潔感があっていごこちがよかった。

・アメニィティ（乳液等）がもう少し充実していればもっとよかった ・カードキーを入口付近にセットするタイプにすると、持ち出し忘れの防止になって良いと思います。 ・朝食用のプレートの種類でパン用があるともっとよかった。

ロビーで枕が選べたこと、一人すごく感じのいい接客をしてくださった女性がいらっしゃったことは良かったです

バスルームが汚い。 壁に赤カビや黒カビが付いていたのと、お風呂を溜めようとしたら浴槽もザラっザラで下の方に黒ずみでラインができていた。なのでコンビニでスポンジ買ってきて洗ったら綺麗になったので清掃がちゃんとしてないんだな。。。、とおもいました。残念でした。
