Very good location close both to the train station and city centre. The room was comfy and clean. Staff were very nice. The breakfast was the best one we had during our trip in Japan - we could try both western and Japanese options and everything was delicious. All day you can have very good free coffee, tea and other drinks. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Wir wollten unsere Koffer nicht von Hotel zu Hotel schleppen, also haben wir wie gewohnt den Transportdienst „Yamato“ in Anspruch genommen. Die Rezeption hat dankenswerterweise das zu empfangende Hotel kontaktiert und nachgefragt ob ein Empfang möglich ist und nach positiver Rückmeldung alles in die Wege geleitet. Dadurch konnten wir entspannt ohne Koffer weiterreisen. Das Self-Check in und einfache Check-out waren ebenfalls sehr gut.

Mir war das Bett ein bisschen unangenehm aber hat für das Preis-aleistungsverhältnis gepasst. Das Zimmer war sehr warm und es war irgendwie nicht möglich die Klima zu bedienen.

Ottima posizione, vicina alla staziona. Raggiungi a piedi tutti i siti più importanti. Hotel buono, camera piccolina.

Colazione migliorabile. Caffè in bicchieri di carta… non esiste cappuccino. Aggiungi tu un po’ di latte al caffè.
