Courtyard Bethlehem Lehigh Valley/I-78

We were Coming in town for a wedding. We were needing to arrive early so we called ahead. Danny was amazing he couldn’t guarantee that all our rooms would be ready but that we would at least have 2. When he arrived, He welcomed us, remembered us! Our rooms were clean and ready! The morning after it was so nice to relax in the courtyard they have in the back with a cup of Starbucks from the Bistro. This place is tastefully Decorated and the quality of the service stellar! Thank you for the lovely stay!

The highway noise was persistent and felt like the window was open. Not good, especially in the morning.

Location to Lafayette college.

There was an incident with a drunk customer at 1:30 in the morning, screaming at the top of her lungs, trying to get into rooms that did not belong to her and waking everyone in our room. It took two phone calls to the front desk to get that handled. The woman was screaming before she even came into the hotel. She should’ve never been allowed to proceed to her room. It was a nightmare. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets were old and did not stay on mattress. I reserve two rooms for four people. my husband and I had our grandson in the room with us; and they did not have any sheets for his pullout bed nor a pillow or extra towels for him to take a shower. I was just really disappointed that Marriott did not prepare the room as requested. I booked the room that there would be three in a room The lights from the parking lot were blaring into our room all night. I did not find the room darkening shades till the next morning. They were tucked back so far I did not see them. The young lady at the front desk was very kind, but really couldn’t offer much besides sorry!! Sorry you just paid almost $300 a night for a room and couldn’t sleep. I thought Marriott was better than this.
