Breidenbacher Hof

This hotel is one of the finest in Dusseldorf. Very convenient location. The rooms were very spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. THEY are missing USB for easier smart phones connection. Breakfast was good; however, extremely expensive for what it was offered daily. ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful, very outstanding thanks TO ALL. I was very disappointed with the reservation and front desk manager. We lost over $5,000 because I booked several rooms in advance, one of the employees had an accident in the USA a few days before the travel, the hotel didn't help giving any credit even when after an agent from Expedia called to explain. That was a lot of money when we paid over $40,000 for all the rooms.

I liked every thing about this hotel. I liked the idea of the living room as a place to relax at for all guests. Staff are all supportive and friendly. Their is one small incident that bothered me a little which is regarding the reservation at the restaurant where i went to without reservation because i was told to go as i am a hotel guest but after i sat down at the table waiting to be served the menu, unfortunately a lady who is working helping guest to dining asked me to move to another table in a manner that I didn’t like. She was followed by a family whom she helped set on that table, i left the restaurant and never came back and instead ordered room service which was provided by a very nice Lady calls Saadah which in my language means happiness. But over all i loved the hotel and will certainly come back when i am in town.

After hesitating on a few hotels, WOW am I glad I picked this one. On of the top hotel and service I ever been to !

Stayed at the hotel as a stopover on our way home to Amsterdam. Was taken back by how beautiful, clean, comfy and welcoming the hotel was. After getting to our room we immediately commented on how we need to come back and stay for longer. Not to mention, the staff genuinely was nice to our two big dogs, not pretending like they cared. We believed they truly did. 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone in Dusseldorf. Wow. We'll be back.

Elegant hotel in a great location, very friendly staff, large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The restaurant “Dutchy” in the hotel can also be truly recommended.

The hotel looked beautifully decorated for Christmas. The mini bar and snacks were free. Just don’t order any water by room service as it is 12 euro a bottle which would have been good to know when we asked for it with the extra pillow.
