Exceptional Experience ! The Accommodations, Staff ... esp Krystal & Benjamin were Prie-less ! I've raved about this Hotel to everyone I've spoken to. I've raved about it to friends here in MO and those in CA. This would definitely be a great choice if you're looking for comfort, quiet, relaxation, shopping & restaurants. Historic property right in the middle of it all. Rooms are super comfortable (I’ve stayed in a few of them) and excellent value for the money. Nice courtyard with pool and places to sit. Friendly staff. You should totally stay here.

Hospitality at 110% is an understatement! From the welcome at the front desk, the guided tour of amenities on the way to our room and the handwritten note of thanks made us feel like we were visiting friends. The hotel itself was perfectly located within downtown Palm Springs to walk to restaurants and shops easily. We will definitely be back with friends and family!

This is our third visit this year and find the hotel very nice and comfortable to stay. The front desk lady that greets us is very personal and friendly. We requested a first floor room and she accommodated us! The hotel rooms are always clean and notch above Best Western down the street and not noisy. The breakfast can be improved like having eggs and bacon.
