Andreas Hotel & Spa

This is the worst hotel experience I ever had. I reserved and canceled far in advance of mg reserved date and they still grabbed my money and refused to return it. They were rude and obnoxious to deal with. Awful horrible hotel. Also the grounds at the hotel are claustrophobic, enjoy swimming in a tiny pool with all the guests at all the rooms right up close watching you. Not a good property or location.

Perfect, downtown location. Staff was great, rooms delightful.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, we had a balcony overlooking Palm Canyon rd, could barley hear the traffic, the Spa was top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

The from desk receptionist was able to switch our room to the first floor rather easily, which I thought was very great.

The bagels are good but breakfast can be improved. Adding eggs and bacon 🥓 to the menu would be nice!

Worst booking experience I've had with a hotel due to how it was handled by the operations manager. We booked a two-night stay and were not trying to cancel, only to move our reservation by two days after a holiday because of a medical flare-up affecting one of our guests. The operations manager requested a doctor's note, which felt unusual for a hotel. After we provided it, she refused to allow a date change and was initially unwilling to issue a refund, saying there was something in the note but without explanation. This lack of flexibility and transparency was concerning. During multiple phone calls, the operations manager put me on hold repeatedly, and communication felt dismissive, especially when I asked her to repeat herself a couple times. After several attempts to resolve the issue, we were refunded less than half of what we paid. The photos online look beautiful, but the booking experience--specifically interactions with the operations manager--was very disappointing. Their operations manager needs to learn better customer service skills. I would not recommend this hotel and would suggest larger brands like Morongo or Marriott for a more professional guest experience.

My wife and I had an incredible experience. We indulged ourselves with a suite overlooking downtown and multiple spas services. The staff was amazing. Big shout outs to the front desk: Crystal & Carl. Spa crew: Michelle, Rosalee. Pool-tender Tressa! You all made our experience extra special. We will return!!
