Pool an hot tub hours are to early

I called twice about our flight delayed and assured our room would be available and that someone would be able to check us in. The woman who answered and greeted us was so kind, helpful and lovely. We were able to buy food, drinks and snacks from their small store which helped us out. Room was so clean. Our beds were incredibly comfy and I need to call to ask what kind of mattress was in room 309. Breakfast was great and check out was easy. Would absolutely stay here again

At no fault of the hotel or staff, there was a couple next to us that kept talking all night and opening and closing their door that would slam . unfortunately could hear them

Everything was great! Except noisy guest above us.

Didn't like the guest above us who was actively banging around most of the night until we called the desk to complain. It stopped for about 10 minutes then started up again. It seemed to resolve after that but neither of us got the best sleep

We were visiting the Los Medanos College and the Hotel was very close to there. Check in / check out was quick and smooth. The room was clean. The breakfast was fine. It was a good stay overall.
