Es cómodo, no se siente frío,la ropa de cama es suficiente para el clima de Toluca y el personal es amable.

Qué el desayuno se sirviera hasta las 8 am. Por qué muchos tenemos que salir antes de ese horario y no podemos aprovechar el desayuno incluido, otra cosa que no me gustó es que se escucha mucho ruido.

La ubicación muy cerca de lo que fui a conocer: cosmovitral, teatro Morelos, Catedral. Que incluye Desayuno...Un desayuno demasiado aceptable.

El desayuno bueno y la ubicación excelente. Pero necesita mejorar sus habitaciones.

No tienen aire acondicionado!! ni ventilador Siqueira, y con el calor que estaba haciendo. Además, había hospedados jóvenes de algún grupo y el ruido, portazos y demás no dejaron descansar, con todo que les comentamos en la administración, no fueron buenos para pedirles dejaran de hacer tanto ruido...
