We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel for 2 nights, booking two rooms with 2 single beds each for 2 adults and one child. Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations due to several issues: Cold Floors: The ceramic flooring in the rooms was uncomfortably cold, especially during the winter season, with no carpets or mats provided. Insufficient Towels: Upon arrival at 22:00, we found only one towel in the room's bathroom. Despite informing reception the following morning, no additional towels were provided by the second night. Inadequate Toiletries: There was no shower gel or hand wash gel, only a single small bar of soap intended for both purposes. After notifying reception, they added one additional soap bar and a small tube of shower gel, but this was insufficient for the number of guests. Poor Staff Responsiveness: The most concerning issue was the staff's attitude. At 00:50, I called reception to request extra blankets for both rooms due to the cold weather. We waited for 25 minutes, but no blankets arrived. I called again at 01:16 and was told they would arrive in a few minutes, yet still nothing. I called again at 01:35 and received the same response. My final call at 01:51 was to request honesty about the availability of blankets so we could stop waiting and go to sleep. Once again, I was told the blankets were on their way, but they never arrived. At 01:55, I went down to the reception and argued with the receptionist. A Kuwaiti staff member intervened and inquired about the situation. The receptionist claimed a staff member was at our room delivering the blankets, but this was untrue. After returning to my room, I discovered no blankets had been delivered. At 02:10, I went back to reception, visibly frustrated, and shouted at the receptionist. The Kuwaiti staff member apologized and asked me to write an official complaint about the incident, assuring me he would handle the matter personally.

Calmness of the area, near by shopping mall, cafes ..etc

The poor of the facility, poor customer care service, recaption Not answering call for my 2 days staying, careless of the cleaners, the price is very high not worth it

Staff at the reception was rude and never answer the phone. Everyone says ok ok then they just disappear.

Hotel advertised adjoining rooms. With my booking of 2 rooms I made the request for rooms to adjoin. Upon checkin we were told our rooms could not be together. Also, each night we had to request bath towels. The first night we had to call twice and the second night it took 4 phone calls before we received our towels. The room had been cleaned and towels taken away but not replaced. Not overly impressed with the service. The breakfast buffet was reasonable. Pools were clean, but not heated.

It’s always a great stay at the Waldorf. No complaints at all. The staff and spa/gym were great!
