Staff was fine

Bed was very uncomfortable. Steel frame bolted to the floor. The room was dirty. Toilet was not clean. Hair on the toilet and sink. It smelled awful. Hallways smelled bad. The shower curtain rod was broken. AC didn't work well.

Well, what I didn’t like was I’m from Indiana. They knew that and after I had left and checked out, they charged my card $200 knowing that I wouldn’t turn around and come back from Indiana to dispute it. This is not the first time.

We were too late and missed breakfast. The staff was very friendly and other customers were also. We were treated like friends.

Everything was okay, but there was graffiti stating "Schlutz 4 Life" on the wall, why they wouldnt paint over that, I have no idea. Not a good look.
