Location , bath tub room 6, overall decor was lovely. Good breakfast.

Leaking bath tap, and prices in the restaurant especially the wine, we ate elsewhere.

Atholl Arms Hotel is in a wonderful location if you're staying in Dunkeld. All the best restaurants and cafes are within minutes of their doorstep. The hermitage is a short walk away, and they have a wonderful patio area for guests to use. The staff were kind and so helpful. We were celebrating a birthday and they left us a small gift in the room which really made the weekend special. The rooms were comfortable, clean and pretty stylish, and the breakfast was included in our stay which made things really simple in the morning. Overall we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay!

I think the price point was slightly above what we wanted to pay.

I stayed at this hotel from April 11 to 12, which was also my birthday, and part of our honeymoon. What should have been a special and memorable stay was completely ruined by one of the most appalling interactions I have ever experienced. Prior to arrival, we received a standard check-in email signed by the owners. My husband noticed that their last name matched his late grandfather’s. He doesn’t know much about that side of his family, so he was genuinely excited at the small chance of a connection. Nothing more than curiosity and a meaningful coincidence. At check-in, he mentioned it casually to the receptionist. It was a light, human moment. The receptionist even engaged, noting the owners are Hungarian and asking if his grandfather was as well. While my husband briefly stepped away to go to the bathroom, I remained in the lobby and overheard the receptionist repeat the story to one of the male owner and what I heard next was shocking. The owner responded, “What is it, does he want a share of the hotel?” It was said clearly, and it was disgusting. We are paying guests. We chose to spend our money at your hotel to celebrate a birthday and part of our honeymoon, in a place we were excited about. And this is how you speak about your guests? Reducing a genuine, harmless moment to some greedy assumption that we were looking for money is not only insulting, it is completely unacceptable. It showed a complete lack of class, professionalism, and basic decency. Even if you had no interest in the conversation, it costs absolutely nothing to be polite. Instead, you chose to be rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful, in earshot of other guests. I was honestly in shock. I told my husband not to engage any further because it was clear there was no kindness or respect behind that interaction. What should have been a meaningful and even exciting moment for him was immediately ruined.
