Great location, perfect to walk to a host of the cities sights.

No mention of room service. Unsure if they do it or not. Would be good idea to advertise if they do as we ordered food elsewhere.

אפשר לכתוב כך באנגלית: The hotel is located in a central area of Chicago, within walking distance of many attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a large, clean room on a high floor, with a comfortable king-size bed. The shower was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. If we return to Chicago, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was relatively clean, great location.

The glass in the shower facing the bedroom felt very odd - I was there with a friend, so kind of awkward. The shades didn’t fully block out sun either so it got bright pretty early.

The location was great. The room was a good size.

Flooding shower, ants in room, old facility with no recent updates, hugely overvalued and regretted the lodging choice

"Everything was perfect and convenient."

My only complaint and it's very stupid and not worth the attention. Its the bed pillows there too soft and highly uncomfortable. I had to stack them for comfort and firmness. Once again nothing major..
