Chambres incroyables et vue magnifique!!! On en prend plein les yeux!

Nous avons laissé notre voiture à l’hôtel pour 68$. Sauf qu’ils ont juste parqué notre voiture plus loins et nous avons dû nous même aller chercher nos valise… pour le prix nous pensions qu’ils nous les déposeraient dans notre chambre.

Além da simpatia dos funcionários o hotel e os quartos tem um estilo muito próprio, com muita classe.

Apesar de tudo limpo e arrumado notava-se já algumas marcas de uso em certos materiais, normal quando se trata de mobília mais escura.

My fiance and I arrived 2 hours before official check in and they offered to hold our bags while we got lunch. While we were checking in our bags they found us an upgraded room and put us in there free of charge with early check in. Very good people to deal with.

Nice location

Room had a weird smell. Had to have a worker to come spray air fresheners in the room and that only lasted for a couple hours. The smell was back

STAY AWAY: We had the most terrifying experience and the worse treatment! We found a TICK in our bed (they bring Lyme desease) and we complained to the hotel management they refused to refund us saying there was “no evidence”. Look at the pictures to see the evidence. Stay away if you don’t want to get Lyme desease.

Excellent location. The hotel is modern, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed. It’s perfectly located near shops and restaurants, with subway and train access just three blocks away, including a direct connection to the airport. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it

Great location, checkin and lobby but my room felt really claustrophobic. I had a glass door to a small balcony but they lock those doors so I didn’t have access. What is the point of a balcony I cannot go out on? The shower was terrible (had to stand under water in order to close door but I didn’t want to wash my hair. Also had to sign a no-party waiver which was strange and people across from me were in and out literally all night. So I get the impression it’s a seedy party hotel behind a kind of nice front
