Lovely quiet and private room. Bath and shower facilities were lovely and clean. Had dinner in the bar, really nice steak sandwich. Breakfast was tasty, excellent range. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

Location, comfort and value. Great stay all round. Staff friendly and helpful. So convenient for shopping. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Have stayed before and will be back.

Food service in bar can be slow.

Location was perfect- within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Staff was polite. it was quiet- no kids in our part of the hotel.

I did NOT like: that the parking entrance was closed and we had to drive around back one day and the signs within the car park were quite confusing-I DID NOT LIKE having to take ONE elevator from the parking to the ground floor then get off and take a SECOND elevator to the 2nd floor- then walk 75 m thu a covered walkway to another building and take a THIRD elevator to our room. Also the rooms were not in a logical fashion on each floor so it was hard to remember to go floor 9 for a room in the 700s...I did not like that our toilet was temperamental and sometimes had to be flushed 2 or 3 times. I did NOT like that there was no in house laundry and it was like 7€ just to have one pair of pajamas or a t shirt cleaned.
