Apartamentos Llevant

I made a reservation for summer '17 late in January. At check out I chose the slightly higher (flexible/cancelable) rate, because I was aware my travel plans could change. I started trying to cancel the reservation withn a day to no avail. My credit card has been charged fully. I have written the establishment regularly. I have had very few replies and they only state that my reservation was not cancelable. Keep in mind, even if this was some mistake, travel was six months away, and the reservation about 24 hours in the making. I completely am at a loss as to why they say that the reservation is not cancelable. I have had to contact my credit card company at this point. I continue to try to work with them. So my problem is not with the establishment but with their reservation center. I made the reservation directly via their website.

I went in the peak season of Ibiza and was finding nothing in budget in Ibiza town. Read mixed review about the place and did not have great expectations. But place was reasonably good with great help from the staff especially Naira in the front desk. Its on the beach property with great view of the Mediterranean. Self service and not so cleaned but value for money for sure. Go for it if you are looking for budget travel

Super friendly, super location, superb sangria! Second visit in as many days. No hassle, laid back and chilled. The food looks great too. Would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting! Try it for yourself

Attached to the apartments is a wonderful bar right by the water's edge. Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful, and great sangria! A lovely place to while away the afternoon. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is great, mostly the service, people working there were so helpfull and kind. The only thing I would change is that I think is not clean enough and the door didnt closed without the key. But its also really good placed, you have everything really near and the beach just around the corner.

The hotel has a great beach location with views of the ocean. The hotel staff was amazing! So kind and helpful! I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel next to beach in rather quiet area. Room cleaned daily and well equiped. Staff extremely nice and friendly, very close to the shops and not so far to the centre of Ibiza Town. Good connection to airport.

Hotel location is perfect, near to restaurants, supermarket and beaches. Special thanks for the assistance of the receptionists, to Rodrigo and Manuel and to the lady that I can't recall the name, they were all very helpful. The only negative thing about this hotel is the Wifi connection, its not working in the rooms, only near the entrance door. My friends and I had to stay near the entrance door to be connected to wifi. But all in all, everything was fine, price was really good. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I will surely comeback.

Your typical apart-hotel, dated furniture, room needed few hours to lose some weird smell from before. Has everything you need though, reasonably clean, great terrace (the best part of the room actually), very quiet, perfect for R&R. Very friendly receptionist, we were given clear instructions on window and door-locking + valuables hiding to avoid being upset by some local room-intruders )) Cold water was an issue - apparently it needs to be turned on by the reception, which is gone in the evening .... so get used to cold showers! But still, not the worst place to stay in - good location, clean, quiet, decent price.
